I haven't got a wide knowledge base to base a solid opinion on about this one.
But my knee-jerk is that the Irish-man is right.
Paul Martin often seems like more of a Finance Minister (old habits die hard) than a Prime Minister. Good call, P.H.
And whomever comes up with the headlines for the Globe and Mail, put this one out of the park - I'm counting three levels on this one. Bango!
